1. What's Included
Your purchase of Built to Hire includes the following:
- Immediate access to the full Emily Career Services LLC digital teaching curriculum on Thinkific, including all video lessons, templates, frameworks, and written resources.
- Twelve (12) weeks of weekly group coaching sessions with Emily covering career strategy, positioning, resume and LinkedIn development, networking, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and job search execution.
- Slack-based support and ongoing communication throughout the program, available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time.
- One (1) individual positioning session with Emily to personalize your career strategy and market approach.
- Resume and LinkedIn profile feedback.
- KPI tracking tools and structured job search accountability frameworks.
- Recruiter-informed market insights and practical coaching resources.
2. Program Duration
Built to Hire is a twelve (12) week program. Group coaching sessions are scheduled by Emily Career Services LLC and communicated to enrolled clients in advance. The program is designed to be completed consecutively over the twelve-week period. Missed group sessions cannot be individually rescheduled, as sessions are conducted with the full group cohort. In the event that a scheduled session is cancelled due to Emily's illness, a public holiday, or a planned vacation, that session will be rescheduled and added to the end of your planned program end date, ensuring you receive the full twelve (12) weeks of group coaching.
3. Thinkific Content Access
Access to the Built to Hire digital teaching catalog on Thinkific is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, access will expire. Content access is non-transferable and for your personal use only.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via Stripe's secure checkout. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Because digital program content is delivered immediately upon purchase and may be accessed at any time, no refund will be issued for any reason once payment has been completed, regardless of whether coaching sessions have commenced or content has been accessed. 5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Emily Career Services LLC makes no guarantee that participation in this program will result in employment, a job offer, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, and market conditions outside our control.
