1. What's Included
Your purchase of Private Coaching includes the following:
- Everything included in the Built to Hire program: full digital curriculum access on Thinkific, resume and LinkedIn feedback, networking guidance, KPI tracking, Slack support, and recruiter-informed coaching resources.
- Twelve (12) weekly private one-on-one coaching sessions with Emily (each 55 minutes).
- Deeper personalized mock interview preparation and direct recruiter-informed feedback.
- Adaptive, flexible coaching support tailored to your specific goals, timeline, and interview process.
- A confidential coaching environment for discussing career transitions, sensitive situations, compensation, and long-term career direction.
2. Program Duration and Session Window
Private Coaching is designed to be completed over twelve (12) consecutive weeks. All twelve (12) coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within five (5) months of your purchase date. Sessions not used within this window will expire and are not eligible for refund, extension, or transfer. We strongly recommend completing sessions on a consecutive weekly schedule, as this approach produces the best outcomes. Session timing can be adjusted with sufficient advance notice at Emily's discretion, though deviations from the weekly cadence are not recommended and are not guaranteed.
3. Thinkific Content Access
Access to the full Emily Career Services LLC digital teaching catalog on Thinkific is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, access will expire. Content access is non-transferable and for your personal use only.
4. Session Scheduling and Cancellation
Private coaching sessions are scheduled directly with Emily following your purchase. You may reschedule a session by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours' written notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests received with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session with no right to reschedule. Rescheduling does not extend your five-month session window.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via Stripe's secure checkout. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Because digital program content is delivered immediately upon purchase and may be accessed at any time, no refund will be issued for any reason once payment has been completed, regardless of whether coaching sessions have commenced or content has been accessed. 6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Emily Career Services LLC makes no guarantee that participation in this program will result in employment, a job offer, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, and market conditions outside our control.
